1. User Agreement

By accessing Arthasaar, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. You confirm that all information provided by you (including PAN, Aadhaar, and income figures) is true, complete, and accurate.

2. E-Filing Authorization

By submitting your return through Arthasaar, you explicitly authorize Arthasaar to act as your E-Filing Intermediary (EFI) and transmit your encrypted return data to the Income Tax Department server.

3. Limitation of Liability

Arthasaar is not responsible for tax liabilities, interest, or penalties arising from incorrect information, concealed income, or fraudulent documents uploaded by the user.
